Junior Rugby S&C Programme
An exciting opportunity for young, aspiring rugby players (boys aged U13 - U16) to learn to lift, improve their core strength and work on speed and agility through a tailor-made programme of rugby focused, integrated strength and conditioning.
The course will be designed by ex-Saint, Soane Tonga'uiha and run by specialist Strength & Conditioning Personal Trainer, Dan Atter and former Saint, Ben Nutley. The sessions will involve 45 mins of gym based training and 45 mins of field based conditioning games and skills.
The programme will take place during term-time and each session will cost £15. The programme is bookable on a half-termly basis with a reduction if booking two half-terms consecutively.
Sessions will run every Monday at Moulton College. Enter via Gate 4 and join us on the astro turf pitch.

- Bring rugby moulds (we will be on the astro for some sessions), clean trainers for the gym, gum shields, towel, drinks bottle, notepad & pen.
