Small Group Outdoor S&C
After a long break we are back offering small group strength and conditioning training over the summer. These sessions are available to boys and girls aged 10 to 16, sessions will be an hour and a half long and will involve field based activities concentrating on fitness, strength and agility. All sessions run from 10:30-12pm.
Participants will be put into age based 'bubbles’ for the session with a designated coach. There will be ten young people in each bubble (as per RFU guidelines) and one coach and they will remain in this bubble for the duration of the session. All equipment will be used exclusively within each bubble, completely sanitised before use and sanitised again after the session. Hand gel will be provided.
Participants must bring their own water bottles, sun cream, hats etc - if you don’t bring it we can’t provide it at the moment! It goes without saying that if you are feeling at all unwell or have been in contact with someone with the virus, please don’t come, we can of course refund if necessary.
🌟 We will require all parents of participants to complete a track and trace disclosure form before the session. 🌟
